Eastern Child & Adolescent Psychology

Child assessment

Eastern Child & Adolescent Psychology is a private service that provides psychological assessments and therapy for children and their parents. We are registered child psychologists that focus on working with children during their school years, from kindergarten to university

We aim to increase access and reduce wait times for psychological support in early life. By doing so, we strive to support our clients to be understood and accepted, build a strong sense of self, cope with challenges, and thrive.

We are committed to making our psychological services accessible to all children; consideration is given to physical disabilities and individuals who are disabled by neurotypical expectations/environments. We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment!

  • The consulting rooms are accessible with one step from the entry.

  • Online intake/feedback sessions are available to accommodate those unable to travel and busy families.

  • Sensory needs and the preferences of our neurodivergent clients are considered.

  • There is no pressure for small talk or eye contact.

  • We have a large collection of fidgets available, and we love learning about special interests!

  • Multiple session reminders are provided

If you have any questions regarding accessibility or would like to request any accommodations, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your feedback and suggestions are welcome.
