Information for New Clients

Individuals, parents/guardians or professionals are welcome to make a referral to our clinic.

1. First Contact

A member of our friendly administrative team will respond to your enquiry or referral via phone.

They will provide some information about our services and either complete an intake call at that time or plan for this later.

2. Intake Call
-
Our warm and caring intake team will conduct an intake interview over the phone.

This conversation will explore your concerns and reasons for seeking help.

The intake staff members have structured questions they will cover to obtain appropriate information to make an informed decision about the appointments and consider whether our assessment or therapy services may be most suitable.

After we have gathered this information, we will advise if we can proceed or whether an alternative service might be more suitable.

2. Paperwork

After the intake call, the administrative team will request your paperwork to proceed to the next stage.

This paperwork includes completed client registration forms and signed parental consent from both guardians/parents.

To have your support fast-tracked and to ensure the earliest appointment dates, we request that you please complete these documents as soon as possible.

Other supporting information will also be requested, which can be provided when possible.

3. Referrals

You are then welcome to submit your referral paperwork from your GP or paediatrician.
